Russian, Syrian Air Forces Launch Joint Strikes North of Aleppo
The Syrian and Russian fighter jets pounded the
terrorist concentration centers near the towns of Hayyan and Bayanoun to
pave the way for the Syrian government forces to have more rapid ground
access to the terrorists' defense lines.
In the meantime, the Syrian army's artillery and
missile units shelled the militants' position near Bayanoun and Hayyan,
which claimed the lives of several terrorists.
On Sunday, the Syrian army and popular forces took
full control of a strategic hilltop in the Eastern countryside of
Aleppo city.
The Barlaheen hilltop came under the army control
after daylong clashes with the terrorists, battlefield reports said,
adding that the hilltop was purged of all the terrorists now.
